Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The grounds surrounding this property are beautiful! There is so much to do. Beautiful pool/hot tub on the bay, pickleball, endless walking around the bay/canals (we spotted dolphins and manatees) and lots of friendly neighbors. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Kerlisha was a great host. Check-in and out were very easy.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped and we loved the coffee station. The Waterside condos are great place to vacation.

Summary: We loved our stay here. We had no issues at all. We were visiting St. Petersburg since my daughter had a ballet competition. I walked to the pier every morning to watch the sun rise. We never did go to the beach since we loved both pools. The condo was clean, even though it has a king size bed my daughter slept on the comfortable couch so I was glad I brought a twin size sheet to throw on the cushions. We were in & out a lot & the security people at the entrance got to know us & they were great as well. We will definitely stay here again. Everyone we met & talked to were so nice & Kerlisha communicated great but really our stay was great & we did not need her much. We were close to Trader Joe’s & Publix for groceries. We drove to the St. Pete’s Pier to eat as well but never had the time to walk around there but it was only about 12 minutes away. So, this little condo was perfect for us & our stay. It would also be the perfect place for a long term stay.

Summary: The condo was comfortable and well supplied. The community offers several amenities - pools, fitness center, picketball courts etc. Post hurricane repairs are still ongoing.

Summary: My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit is exactly as pictured, was very clean, and you could tell much of it had been recently refurbished. The patio area was wonderful for enjoying coffee in the morning and a beverage in the evening. The property it is located in is great - very quiet, safe, and well maintained, and it is an easy, short walk to the clubhouse, pool, and water. The host was great with communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property is absolutely stunning and I walked in an it smelled good and very clean I immediately felt at home. And to have zero complaints from my husband was an added bonus this was our first time using this service I was concerned that the picture of the place and it being a scam. But it was exactly a described and worth every dollar spent
