Positive: This was nestled in amongst rice fields and beautiful rocks. The garden and pool area filled with grapefruit trees. It was a lovely calm space, modestly decorated and large comfortable rooms with a big clean bathroom. We didn’t use the pool as it was too cold but it looked very clean and inviting! We had a delicious Pho for breakfast, freshly made and lovely fresh juice. We rented bicycles which made it easy to access most of the famous sightseeing spots and there are some lovely small paths through the rice fields. The highlight of our stay though was definitely the staff - Ahn and her family were the most welcoming, generous, smiling, helpful and kind hosts. They answered all our questions and helped us with transport booking - nothing was too much. There was the added bonus of the cutest softest cat Cáo who was a delight to meet. We’d absolutely reccomend staying here for a peaceful stay

Positive: I had a fantastic short stay in Tam Coc! The owners were so lovely and accommodating — they really made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and their adorable cat was the sweetest little bonus companion during my stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tam Coc — a truly welcoming and comfortable spot!

Positive: We loved to stay at peaceful garden. We received a warm welcome from the family hosting the place. They had a cat that was cherished, witch says long on the people. Food was delicious and home made. Our room was the last of the row, at the foot of the mountain. View was amazing. The goats came to say hello a bit above us, in the mountain. They had bikes. We biked a lot in the area perfectly developed for that.

Positive: Anh is a great host and helps you with all your need around Van Lam, the accomodation is a really peaceful location but only a stone thrown from good restaurants and shops. they have all facilities available including a lovely breakfast, clean pool, and activity booking

Positive: The location is amazing, very close to dragon mountain and it feels like you arrived directly to Paradise with all the plants around and bungalows. 🥰 There was also a view of the river from my balcony. The place is so calm and peaceful, this was my best stay for my 2-week trip in northern Vietnam. 🥰 Stuff is very friendly, you can rent bicycle, they help you sign up for daytrips and they even booked me an overnight bus to Sapa.

Summary: Definetely recommended, would love to go back
