Positive: Location, setup for guests, labeling, ingredients, waffle maker and coffee. Pool table, so cute. Sorry we left our lotion in the bathroom. Mattress was comfortable.

Negative: Room air conditioners, were loud and did not do a great job covering the whole house. Pillows were hard. Recommend mini-split heat pumps they should be quieter and cheaper in the winter time. Also recommend having recycling available. We brought our recycling home with us.
