Summary: Nice place, plenty of space, close to the Jourdain metro. The neighborhood is nice, lots of little cafes. My only issue is the spiral staircase (I knew they had one, just didn't realize how steep). We had no issues, but it is not for the faint of heart! Anyone with mobility issues will have to use the first floor bedroom. As a side note, the water pressure was awesome. The building is very secure, two doors to get in, a lock for the stairs, had no issues walking around with 2 teenagers. Close to grocery stores as well. Took us about 20 to 30 minutes on metro to get to the major sites, very convenient.

Summary: This duplex was awesome. It was very comfortable and clean. The host was very helpful and accommodating. It was very homey. The downside was that the linens and towels were hard/rough. Other than that, the experience was excellent. We definitely revcommend this place if you are in Paris.

Summary: We were 2 couples friends and have stayed our excellent 3 nights vacation in Paris. Everything was perfect, Christophe is very kind to explain all we needed, apartment is absolutely comfortable, clean, well arranged, spacious with many rooms. Excellent location close to Metro & shops, can reach in less than 20 minutes wherever center of Paris. We all felt like home. Recommend to a family or friends stay. Thanks again Christophe !
