Positive: The apartment was cute, I liked the fact that it felt like a tucked away oasis in the city, it was refreshing. The place was clean and had everything you need. Also it was a nice little treat to have breakfast brought up to us every morning, it was lovely. Thank you for a great stay.

Positive: The place met expectations. Quiet and comfortable. With its own private garden. It would be like being in the countryside in the middle of Paris. The host was pleasant, helpful. As an extra bonus, there were cats in the house.

Positive: Wonderful property with amazing decor and comfort. It was great to have lots of facilities like a kitchenette with a little induction hob, dishwasher and basic supplies so you could feel like you were at home and could prepare food if desired. Great when travelling with children. Richard was a welcoming, relaxed host and helped us enjoy our stay. It was great to be delivered a tray of fresh bread/pastries , cheese and fruit every morning. Just delightful!

Negative: Great location! I was worried it would be too far away from the main sites but the Metro station Place Des Fete was a 5 minute walk from the house and a really nice town. This is also the same line as La Louvre and Centre Pompidou, so easy to get about. With a pharmacy, a great boulangerie and supermarkets local, it was super convenient. Great to exit the station and see a local food market with people selling and eating oysters and children playing in the square. Felt very inviting.

Summary: Wonderful stay in Paris; would certainly stay here again!

Positive: Really lovely stay. Richard and Luc were so kind and accommodating. We had a full little apartment to ourselves - it was very private, quiet and well decorated. Very cute property with view of the garden in the city which is such a nice feature.

Negative: Many stairs but worth the privacy. Also in the 20th arr. - but right next to the metro so very accessible.
