Our cozy cabin is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom that is perfect for a romantic getaway. Tucked back in the woods it is the perfect spot to sit on the porch or out on the dock next to the pond. Relax and watch the horses graze in the pasture with the soothing sound of the fountain in the center of the pond or the breeze flowing through the trees. Our outdoor kitchen and fireplace is the perfect place to unwind for the night. Our cottage is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, kitchen, TV, AC, heat, and large living room. Our deck has a outdoor kitchen with a fridge, grill and a fireplace. We are only 20 minutes from Letchworth State Park, and 10 minutes from downtown Warsaw where there are restaurants, local shops and ice cream. The view that is offered at our cottage is like no other. You won't be disappointed with it.

Summary: Tina was very friendly and accommodating in the booking process, answering my questions and figuring out how to manage a technical issue with VRBO. Unfortunately our plans changed and we did not end up staying at her house. If our plans bring us to the Warsaw area again we would absolutely look to stay at Tina’s.
