Positive: The linens were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the tv with Roku. The room was also very spacious.

Negative: Our room had a peculiar (although tolerable) odor, the fan in the bathroom made a screeching noise so was unusable, and there was a large open crawl space in the ceiling right outside our room.

Summary: There were a few quirks but the motel was overall comfortable and a decent value.

Positive: The owner was quite nice. Checkin and checkout very easy. The room was very spacious. Water pressure good and plenty of hot water. The little village is very walkable and offers a lot. It was quiet in the evenings.
