Summary: Although remote, it was worth the drive to find it! So quiet and beautiful among the horse pastures and cornfields. We only used the main level which was perfect for the 3 of us including my 80 year old mother. If you don’t appreciate family history and vintage furnishings, you may be disappointed. It’s like staying at your grandma’s home and was perfect for us. Covered carport was very convenient as it was raining when we arrived.

Summary: My Family and I were in town for a Family Reunion and we wanted to stay somewhere that was nice, safe, and comfortable. This rental exceeded our expectations and in doing so, made our stay in Stanly County accommodating. The amenities provided were appropriate for all age groups and our grandchildren loved the horses and basement. It’s apparent that the owners put a lot of thought and personal touch in the design and maintenance of this rental. We will definitely list this rental as #1 for places to stay during our next trip to Stanly County. Also, the host was very friendly and prompt to respond when we asked questions.

Summary: We had a great time during our stay for our high school fishing tournament. There was plenty of room and the place was very clean. The kids had a great time with the ping pong table. Communication with the host was great.
