Come enjoy the beauty of Badin Lake and stay in this lakefront cottage! The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and an open kitchen/dining/living space. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds with a full size mattress on the bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle. Kitchen/Dining area seats six and there is a table for 6 outside as well. The couch pulls out and makes a comfortable spot to watch movies once the sun goes down and it’s time to wind down. The house is nice, but the view outside is one of the best. Located in a cove, you have the safety of swimming and playing right off the dock without boats speeding by. The dock is covered and has a double jet ski dock attached. Sit on the patio, enjoy the view of the lake, and watch the sunset. You will not be disappointed with the view.

Summary: We lived, we laughed, we loved, we laked! We had the most amazing girls trip and found the property to be extremely clean and very well stocked. The kayaks were also so fun! It was very nice that there were things there for us to use. We also loved the next door neighbor dog. 11/10 would stay again!

Summary: We stayed for 4 days when we attended the 2024 jeep jamboree. Plenty of parking and right on the water. Comfortable chairs to hand out on the patio and sit on the dock. The house is small but great for two. AC kept us cool, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and living room condo. Location wonderful. House was like the pictures. Would stay here again.
