Positive: I like the facilities in the room such as a little kitchen for cooking, a microwave for warm foods, and no need to worry about eating. For ladies, they have a hair dryer, refrigerator, and provide 2 bottles of water in every day. I like how they treat us. The receptionist is kind and always smile. Trust me this apartment is perfect!

Negative: Everything is perfect in this apartment except the location cuz we cannot walk to the BTS or MRT. It’s a bit far from apartment, but if you don’t worry about call grab taxi or motorcycle taxi then it’s ok.

Summary: It’s good guys! Come here to stay at Peaberry. The room is perfect and comfy.

Positive: Highly recommend. There are motorbike taxis for transportation, you can call them anytime. Security guards ensure safety at all times. Key card access is required to enter the building and use the elevator.

Negative: 20 minutes walk to the nearest metro station seems not far but it turns harder under 35/40 °C

Positive: Clean and modern. Quiet location. Easy to get to from Lat Phrao MRT Soft pillows.

Negative: They have their checkout time listed wrong which caused me problems. No cold water in the bathroom and the toilet pipe was leaking water into bathroom. No plates in the kitchen.

Positive: The staff is great and welcoming. The room is clean and spacious. There is a hairdryer, a microwave, electric kettle, plates, a desk with a table-lamp, a dining area. The AC doesn't smell. The neighborhood is quiet. Had a very comfortable stay and really was able to relax in comfort.

Negative: Could hear other guests through the walls and through the door from the corridor. Would be very nice to have a mosquito net on one window, to be able to open it at night time. There was a bit of a smell from the bathroom's vent at night, but not critical. Overall it is a great value for money! Definitely would stay here again.
