Negative: No signage on house so we drove past it 4 times before we were confident that we had the right place.

Positive: We loved our stay here! It felt very comfortable like a family home, and the owner Nikola (who doesn’t live there) was very kind and helpful. The rooms are large, the beds are super comfy, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home. And there is a gorgeous view from the deck where you can sit and eat the most delicious grapes that grow right on the property, or sip wine from these grapes that is provided by the owner. The 10-15 minute walk to town was along a peaceful country road and we really enjoyed this as it’s quite beautiful. We also highly recommend the 4 hour private boat tour of the lake given by the owner’s family member! This was the highlight of our trip — not to be missed!

Positive: The house was really well equipped and spacious, in particular the kitchen, it had all the amenities you’d need! The balcony was lovely with nice views of the fields. Nikola was a great host, with good communication and was helpful in showing us around. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: This is an absolutely wonderful apartment in a picturesque little village about 15 minutes walk from Virpazar. The views from the apartment and terraces were amazing. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you could possibly need. Nikola is a delightful host and came to meet us soon after we arrived. He made us feel very welcome and we felt completely at home. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in numerous apartments over the years but Pavle's Oasis has been BY FAR the best. If I could give it 11 out of 10 I would. Thank you, Nikola, for sharing your oasis with us. And for those of you reading this review, book it quickly. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Positive: During our recent stay at this charming apartment, nestled in a serene vineyard just a 15-minute walk from the center of Virpazar, we experienced a delightful blend of comfort and hospitality. Our host, Nikola, grew up in this home and, despite not living there anymore, he affectionately refers to it as "my home," highlighting the deep feelings and cherished memories he holds. The house, having been in his family for generations, is thoughtfully renovated, featuring decor that includes nostalgic items from Nikola’s grandmother. Nikola was incredibly warm and hospitable, treating us to his homemade brandy and even gifting us a bottle of Vranac wine crafted from the vines surrounding the house. The apartment, located on the first floor with convenient private parking out front, was spacious and inviting. We loved the open-plan layout that combined the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one generous space. The living room came with a smart TV, which added a nice touch for our entertainment. We also enjoyed spending time on the balcony, which offered a lovely spot to relax with a table and seating. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for our short stay, with a cooktop, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes. Additionally, a small room outside the apartment housed a washing machine and dryer, making our stay even more convenient. Overall, everything was extremely comfortable, the location was superb, and Nikola was an exceptional host, making our couple of nights there truly memorable.

Positive: Easy 15 minutes walk from town - was alone and felt safe walking home at night. Beautiful views and outdoor area (loved eating the berries hanging on the porch). Very spacious and the bathroom was a dream. Host was very friendly and surprised me with some Rakija + arranged a taxi for me. WiFi worked well for streaming Netflix.
