Positive: There was a clear love for the place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were soft. Safe feeling place. Some nice general breakfast items. Comfortable lobby mostly.

Negative: Felt a little pricy. There was nothing actually special about the room itself. I’m sorry to say but I’ve had nicer modern rooms for 65 dollars less at a Wydnam. For a nearly $150 tag, you’d expect a more polished upgraded experience. It didn’t feel that way. I understand things are seasonal but if the pool is unavailable in April nearly May, I think it should be informed or reflected in a lower price. The staff recommended the fire pit in back and said we could turn it on ourselves but that wasn’t possible since there was no gas tank in it and there was no clear key to turn it on even if there were. It was just a cobwebbed container with chairs. The staff told us to use something that in fact didn’t exist. I feel if you work there you should know if something is out of order or not before you send guest back there. Without pool, unusable fire pit, being by a highway, I failed to see where $150 a night was put.

Positive: It was easy to find. Room was a little small but not bad at all. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. I would recommend.

Negative: Needed cleaning around baseboard area in bathroom. You could see dust under microwave. Plug for tub wouldn't stay in place.
