Positive: We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We didn't get a chance to experience the pool but it looked nice and clean.
Negative: We didn't get a response from chat or text either time we messaged. The window leaked in the queen bedroom. The bed pillows are small so bring your own.

Positive: The size of the unit and the fact that it had 2 full bathrooms. The rooms were clean and the location was great.
Negative: I have no comment. I was pleased with the unit.

Positive: Great pool and hot tub, great location, reasonably priced.
Negative: There were no pillows and blanket for the sofa in the living room. I went to the front desk and requested a set. The front desk lady confirmed that the housekeeping will bring it shortly. When I came back from the pool few hours later nothing was brought. I went back to the front office and the lady said that house keeping is gone for the night. I was pretty annoyed at this point especially that the lady said “I am just a front desk person and there is nothing I can do about it”. Please elevate your front office staff so they can troubleshoot simple customer requests.
