Summary: My family stayed in your unit and were there for my father’s funeral. I just wanted to let you know that the downstairs unit smelled terrible and the entire unit could use an upgrade. I didn’t reach out during our trip because I was preoccupied with family. The back porch needs maintenance and there is a tree starting to grow through the deck.
