Positive: Great views, enjoyed the private pool, dining and kitchen area were well equipped. Nice to have a barbeque which we used. Beds were comfortable. Good parking. Host was willing to try to correct the problems. Very secure. Quiet neighborhood.

Negative: The location of the upper bedroom in the first villa was two flights of stairs up from the bathrooms, and not good for anyone that needs to get up in the night. If this upper room was for kids, the double bed would not work. After one night, we were moved to the second villa. The en suite bedroom in the second villa was too crowded. No room to put suitcases. Hot water in both villas did not work properly. Also, in the second villa, we could not get the heat working, and it was needed for the cool nights.

Positive: Amazing- views, facilities, decor, sun loungers, beds, host. Road a bit bumpy on the last leg but not much owner can do. Everything else was perfect. We will return out of season and enjoy the fire place

Positive: Beautiful villa with great views. Lovely pool Very good communication with the owner - Also provided lots of recommendations for restaurants etc

Negative: Up a long steep hill so a car is a must. But if you have one then everything is perfect.

Positive: We stayed at villa Ekectra and had an amazing time. The villa is designed with very high standards with great attention to detail. The villa was spacious enough to easily accommodate 12 of us (including 3 children, grandpa/ma). The location is perfect, somewhat Tuscany by the sea, with all facilities (grocery store, pharmacy) and lovely beaches/picturesque ports all within a short 10 mins drive. Highly recommended, we will certainly be back.

Positive: The villa itself is astonishing in terms of style, layout, tidiness, equipment and indeed the amazing views from the Mani coastline to the Elias mountain peaks. The support by the host (Nikki) was more than just exceeding expectations. Due to a reschedule of our ferry from Ancona we arrived 6 hours later than expectd in Patras. Although it was already past 2am when we arrived at the viila, Nikki took it upon her to drive over from her home and to do the check-in with us - THANK YOU SO MUCH for this!!! Als during our stay there was constant and very supportive communication with her. We (a family of 5) had a reaaly great, enjoyable, relaxing and unforgettable time at Patio Villa!!

Positive: It’s a great place. A very nice Villa, clean, amazing view. We had such a good time there. 5 minutes drive from the beach and beautiful villages. The owner was generous and friendly. We are going to come back.
