Positive: It was a very cute cottage, with all the things needed to have a quiet weekend away. Close to both the Hunter and Maitland - and away from the light pollution so the stars were epic. The house was perfect for a couple's getaway or a small family, and the cows were adorable. Being able to bring our dog was a huge weight off the shoulders and she loved having space to explore. The spa was a highlight - we really enjoyed spending nights in it stargazing. A truly awesome weekend and we definitely look forward to returning!

Negative: There wasn't really anything we didn't like - it was a great space!

Positive: We loved our stay. Was a little further away from the vineyards than we expected but the amazing location made up for it. Our dogs had an amazing time talking to the cows through the fully fenced yard. The property was clean comfortable and everything we needed for our short stay! I highly recommend this stay, faultless.

Negative: The only negative may also be a positive and also my fault for not taking more notice of the location. It is about 30min from the main vineyard trails. But I think we were lucky to find this little secluded gem and it is worth the extra travel time to have this beautiful cottage to come back to after a long day of tasting.

Summary: Amazing dog friendly cottage. You will feel at home!

Positive: Love how quiet the accomodation was. Spa was very clean, and the backyard was very well fenced for our dog to run around without me having to worry about him getting lost. Kitchen utensils were well stocked.

Negative: The wifi was not very good, and the oven compatible oven wasn’t very good.

Positive: The location of the property was perfect for a quiet getaway near The Hunter Valley. The views over the river from the garden were lovely as was the peaceful serenity of the surroundings. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the hot tub on the deck and having the use of a BBQ. We booked the WineD vineyard tour by Dan was a lot of fun and we really enjoyed ourselves. It was great to be able to stream TV services too.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. I would say the addition of some footstools in the living room would make relaxing on the sofas easier.

Summary: An idyllic country retreat, perfect for recharging your batteries!
