- All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.
- If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

Summary: Very beautiful location in the pasture! And so close to downtown Franklin and the Factory. The only suggestion I have for this property is the bathroom feels a little unfinished. Like there’s no hooks anywhere to hang your towel (though I could tell there used to be one hook but it was taken off the wall?) and the vanity sink is so tiny it’s hard to get ready with no counter space for products. My suggestion is to install a vanity in the bathroom in the big open hole where the washer/dryer has been taken out. Then guests could have space to actually get ready and place their personal care products. Otherwise nice space! The location is what makes it most worth it though.
