Positive: Great location; spotlessly clean and very comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen area.

Negative: No welcome pack/instructions for any appliances/heating. Left to work out for myself. Stayed previously for the same period 12 months ago but the price had gone up by 50% since my last stay. Given the amount of increase, I was expecting more from the property. Apart from changing the name nothing else appears to have changed to justify such a significant interest.

Negative: There were no instructions for any of the appliances, for the seven nights we stayed we had no TV despite phoning three times to try and find how the TV channels.

Positive: Location excellent. Good size accomation. All domestic items in good clean condition Bathroom had a bath and shower

Negative: The outside metal staircase not suitable if you have a mobility problem or a fear of heights the Internet and WiFi only worked for about half our stay. Had to get a temporary router installed and the Internet dud not have Internet access for most of the stay. We also had a few hours without electricity until my husband located the fuse box and reset the tripped switch . Marks on the walls and some have chipped section . Lampshades in bedroom has marks on them. Cobweb on ceiling above the bed.
