About this space
Located in the typically charming Lincolnshire village of Scampton, the cottage gives you a real sense of a hideaway - plenty of walks in the idyllical countryside, the Famous Dambusters Inn just a 4 minute stroll away, the Red Arrows overhead and the wonderful historic city of Lincoln is just a 10 minute drive away - there's so much to love about Scampton and our cottage!
The space
When you step inside the cottage, you are welcomed by beautiful original features, including original beams.
The lounge accommodates a really comfy sofa plus a Smart TV.
The kitchen diner comes equipped with everything you will need to do some home cooking including; oven, hob, microwave, fridge (freezer is in the outbuilding) and a dishwasher. There is a dining table for 4 people.
The bedroom boasts a gorgeous king size bed, with plenty of storage space including a wardrobe and a dressing table.
Leading through to the bathroom there's a wonderfully relaxing roll-top bath tub, a very large walk-in shower and His-and- Hers sinks.
Within the grounds of the cottage, there is an enclosed garden, where you can watch the sun go down on the patio...with a glass of wine, perhaps?
The outbuilding contains a washing machine and tumble dryer, which is free to use.
Guest access
Parking is right outside of the cottage. If you would like to get into Lincoln without driving, by taxi it is approximately £9 each way. There is a bus service that runs several times a day too.
