Positive: From the moment we arrived and saw the property, we were absolutely impressed. It looked exactly as described in the listing—if not better! The check-in process was smooth, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and ready for us to enjoy. The spacious rooms gave everyone in the family plenty of space to relax, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time together. The backyard was definitely one of the highlights. The BBQ setup and hot tub created the perfect setting for evening gatherings and made our stay feel extra special. Whether it was lounging outside during the day or enjoying a soak under the stars, we couldn’t have asked for a better atmosphere. A huge thank you to our amazing host, Tony. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—always kind, incredibly informative, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. His hospitality truly made the experience even more enjoyable. This place exceeded all of our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway with all the comforts of home!

Positive: THE HOST WAS VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH, AND THE HOUSE WAS LOVELY. IN A GOOD LOCATION CLOSE TO SHOPS, RESTAURANTS AND PUBS. HALF HOUR DRIVE TO CAMBER SANDS BEACHES. THE LOFT ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL.. ONE OF OUR GUESTS LEFT A DUVET AT THE PROPERTY AND THE HOST POSTED IT BACK WITH NO ISSUES, SUCH A LOVELY HOST. HOUSE HAD ALL THE BITS AND PIECES TO MAKE IT AN EASY STAY FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH BASICS IN THE CUPBOARDS TO MAKE YOUR STAY EASY.

Negative: THE PROCESS WITH PASS THE KEY, IS LONG AND ARDUOUS. I WOULD STAY IN THIS PROPERTY AGAIN BUT WOULD NOT BOOK ANOTHER PROPERTY THAT USES THIS SERVICES. ITS A POINTLESS SERVICE THAT ADDS SO MUCH TIME TO BOOKING A PROPERTY AS SOMEBODY THAT USES AIRBNB A LOT I FOUND THIS TO BE ANNOYING NOT AS EASY AS BOOK PAY AND GO.

Positive: The property was very clean and new. Facilities were great especially the hot tub jacuzzi, underfloor heating, fully spec out kitchen.

Negative: Unfortunately the hot water tank was not big enough for 11 people to take a shower consecutively.

Positive: They whole house was lovely and clean, very spacious. We stayed for 2 nights for my sister hen do/slumber party. Would definitely stay there again with a group of friends or family.

Negative: The hot water would run out before everyone had showered, that was the only downfall, everything else was great!
