Positive: The communication was fantastic, very clear and frequent. All questions were answered very quickly. The location was amazing, the house is beautiful and so much room for sitting together. The house had lots of utensils, glasses etc and the instructions were great! .

Negative: The rooms were a little dated with the quality of the furnishings, the door handles were loose and the bed bases a little older however, this was sorted straight away by contacting the letting agent.

Positive: Check in Code was provided 24 hours before check in. Everything was as expected, and access was easy. The house was amazing, ideally located for enjoying the local scenery and bars/restaurants. The added bonus of a games room really enhanced our stay being a group of middle-aged friends that catch up in different places every year. Ideal place for large family groups who enjoy historic towns with a wide variety of bars/restaurants within walking distance.

Negative: Just glad I don't have to pay the energy bills for a house this size :)

Positive: Absolutely EVERYTHING! The property was stunningly beautiful and HUGE. We had booked it for 10 of us and there was ample room for all. I had never stayed in such a spacious, luxurious house. Absolutely gorgeous rooms with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, glasses, mugs etc you could have needed. The neighbourhood is very quiet and lovely; perfect location within a 5 minutes' walk from the town centre. Communication from the owner was excellent and all instructions clearly communicated and shared. I could not fault anything. We all loved it and would gladly go back there any time. Highly recommend!

Negative: Nothing. All was perfect! We were not very lucky with the weather but it did not stop us from making the most of our stay and we walked everywhere in the rain. Shrewsbury is a beautiful place regardless of the weather!
