Positive: Very clean and a nice feeling as we walked in. Pleasant garden.

Negative: One of the mattresses (the double in the back bedroom) was so hard that the guest moved out and slept in the single bed in bedroom 3. Despite their child being in a cot there. The kitchen was missing things we might have expected: large saucepan(s), strainer/collander, peeler, chopping board, sharp small knife
