Positive: The location, the decor, the WiFi, the electrical appliances, really felt like home from hone.

Negative: The banging gate, a handle would work so yiu can close the gate wothout locking it, the through the night church chimes every 15 minutes, only Friday night not Saturday night. Would benefit from better sound proofing upstairs

Positive: Location was ideal close to restaurants pubs and shops. Nice walking distance to all the facilities needed. Near to Aswarby Priory where the wedding was we were attending.

Negative: Gate to property could have been numbered better as fence concealed entrance. Parking bollards were always down and more of a hindrance when parking as parking space was ideal for flat. Starting pack of tea and coffee great but small milk could be useful tho I did take my own .

Summary: A lovely little flat. Clean comfortable and beds very comfy. Facilities all very good.

Positive: Spotlessly clean and well appointed.

Negative: The description does not mention the WC is on the ground floor and so night access is via a smart but metal spiral staircase. Rereading the HSE section it doesn't say anything about you needing to be being fit enough to get up the stairs. So for anyone with Young children it hasn't got a stairgate. It didn't bother us but it's an issue that no mention of it. We had to ring Booking. Com to find which car parking spaces to use. Why isn't that on the website or use what3words location as front road is limited parking. Useful to know where the door to flat3 is because it's from the back car park. Again what3words would have helped Overall fine but sorry its expensive for a spiral staircase WC access.
