Positive: This was a lovely, clean, spacious house with plenty of facilities. The host, Sylv was very communicative and helpful. There were plenty of amenities nearby, including Heckington Windmill which was well worth a visit, and a cafe which did nice breakfasts. The house had been cleaned smelled pleasant as soon as you walked in the door, and the addition of Christmas decorations was much appreciated. The bathrooms were clean and functional, and the shower was powerful. We didn't sit in the garden this time, but there is outdoor seating. The village was quite quiet also and very charming. Would stay again.

Negative: Not the hosts fault, but parking was limited due to it being an older village. There was a car park next to the property, but this was full, however there was plenty of street parking. Some of the dishes were not cleaned very well, probably due to the people who stayed there last, and the mattresses and pillows could use an update, but none of this impacted our stay.

Positive: lovely warm and comfortable house with a huge living room, perfect for our big family get-together. The village is also lovely, everyone was so friendly and we enjoyed the farmers' market on Saturday morning.

Positive: Easy to find on maps Free and safe parking available Property was big and spacious House was clean Lots of indoor and outdoor toys available for children to keep them entertained Co-op at 5 minutes walk from the property which was very convenient Washing machine and iron available and we used them Owner was extremely helpful and friendly

Negative: Upstairs bath was hard to use as it didn’t have a shower but we still managed to use a measuring cup instead Couldn’t figure out how to use the vacuum cleaner and lighter to light the oven (so bought one from co-op )and we also had to buy washing detergent for washing machine as couldn’t find it near the laundry

Summary: Despite of a few things that we couldn’t find on rhe property , we still had a wonderful time and the house deserves a 5
