Negative: We struggled to find the keys despite a detailed map being provided. All was excellent and we were very happy about the property other than the issue with the keys. Unfortunately, it took 4 of us searching 3 different times to find the lock box. It would be nice if there were a video link that shows the path to the lock box or the box being moved closer to the property.

Positive: Updated apartment with 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a nice kitchen modern appliances and living room with comfortable couch. Office was a nice bonus. There is an outdoor patio that we would definitely use more if weather was better. The apartment has fantastic wall to ceiling glass doors that slide open both from bedroom and living room to the patio.

Negative: Key pickup was inconvenient; I shouldn't have to go into another block in another complex to get keys. It also was not fun doing the return very early in AM. I also didn't like the fact that there was no way to lock doors from inside without leaving keys at home. If someone has to go out and others are staying home, there is no way to do that without locking someone in the apartment without a way to get out or someone needing to be awake to lock door. There is also no safety lock, bolt or chain on the inside of the door. While the area was safe, it would be nice to have the extra layer of protection. Patio accessories need some attention/replacement, but not a deal breaker given exposure to the outdoor elements.

Negative: Terrace seating was unusable which, due to the weather wasn’t really a problem but if it was sunny it would have been nice to use it. Would like to have had better control of the heating too

Positive: Lovely apartment in a great location Comfy and clean Complimentary sparking water and cereal Stayed here several times and love the apartment

Negative: Appalling service, arrived at 3pm after travelling for 4 hours to no check in instructions after countless messages and phone calls I was made to wait outside in the snow and cold for 6 hours with my luggage. When I finally checked in only 1 of the 6 thermostats was working so could only put the heating on in one room of the house at a time. The temperature of the shower/bath in the main bathroom was stuck on extremely hot so was unusable. I normally stay here for 4 weeks of the year for the past 2/3 years but I will not be back.

Positive: Very near my daughters house, so location excellent for us. Shops and facility near by. Generally the apartment is very well equipped and furnished beautifully.

Negative: There was an issue with water one morning, at one point we had no water. It did only last a short time but prior notice of work being done in the apartment block would have been helpful. There was an occasion when we were out that someone came into the apartment and removed a speaker that did belong to the owner. Again prior notice that this was going to happen would have been helpful.
