Positive: Good communication. Great location. We parked our car and didn't drive until we left for home. The parking pass for the city is your license plate number that you give when confirming reservations and you can drive and park anywhere in the city without having to feed meters.

Negative: We had to clean out the air conditioner filter to get cool air. Not enough towels. The blinds in front room need replaced and they need to put blinds up in bathroom and hall windows. Bedside lamp light kept blinking on and off.

Summary: Good place for a night or two. It was convenient to everything. Just park and enjoy your stay.
