Positive: Beautiful location- perfect path to beach and very dog friendly. Extremely private, which we loved!!! The home was pristine and almost brand new, completely stocked with bedding and items. Absolute perfection.

Positive: The house was beautiful, super clean, kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed to make a great meal. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Easy walk to the beach, loved the fire pit.

Negative: House was a little to close to the road and not completely fenced.

Positive: Very clean property, spacious yard, modern appliances, large living room, easy to park and enter the house, great access to the beach, well-kept outdoors and indoors

Negative: Sliding doors to master bedroom and master bathroom that do not close tightly by design left an awkward feeling of reduced privacy. Another "modern feature" of motion sensor lights in the closet was also a nuisance, especially at night time. It would have been good to leave instructions on how to lock the entrance with the numeric lock; had to spend some time to guess it. Found no spare paper towels. Adding wine glasses would have been nice as well. These things did not outweigh the positives though.
