Negative: Hot water in shower and sink very erratic. Then no hot water at all the next morning.

Positive: Location is excellent, right by the wall on camino. 2 bedrooms (2 single beds in one room, a king bed in the other) Nice decoration. Washing machine (a bit dirty though), nice big bath towel. Well equipped kitchen (but no condiment a all). Clean.

Negative: Communication is terrible. They don't respond to my questions at all. Dead silence. One day before I arrived, a stocked message was sent to me telling me that a key code will be provided on the day of my arrival. Around 1:30pm, a message arrived to ask me pay cash. Once inside, again they didn't respond to my questions either. Very strange.

Summary: Terrible communication. Good property and location.
