Positive: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Their follow-up was excellent and I felt that they cared about our comfort. Communication was easy and timely. The one-bedroom apartment was comfortable, clean, well-ventilated and bright with flowers (orchids) inside as well as on the terrace. The location was prime.
