Negative: There was no shower caddy so it was a bit awkward putting my soap on the floor when I showered.

Positive: Small property; clean but no frills. They required a $100 cash deposit at check-in. Staff was very nice. Coffeemaker in room but no breakfast.
Negative: Cash deposit at check-in is awkward. However, I understand guests can be unruly and they are trying to have some guarantee against potential damages. It appears to be a small operation and a credit card deposit is less certain than cash if there is a problem. However, it is probably inconvenient for many guests.
Summary: Stay fit my needs and I would return.

Positive: Front desk and management shows genuine hospitality, and kindness! The remodeled rooms, on the legendary Colorado Boulevard, blocks from high end homes and a peaceful neighborhood on one side, and the vibrant urban night life on other, makes it ideal!
