Summary: This little hotel made me feel like I was part of the family. The room was big, bed was great, breakfast is wow. Amazing value for the money. I had a small issue with the shower and it was resolved in less than 5 minutes. Very central location too. Staff is the real highlight.

Summary: This is a relatively new property. That's certainly a positive. Unfortunately, staff was often unavailable when needed. The breakfast area was far too small and was not cleaned often enough during the busy breakfast hour. And for whatever reason, the water dispenser remained empty for our entire (2-day) visit. In addition, our bedroom floor and mirrors were covered with dust. It's quite obvious that there are simply not enough staff to run the hotel properly. Perhaps the best thing future customers might do is to read the most recent reviews, rather than those written when the hotel first opened.
