Negative: Not the nicest area, parking on the street. Second bedroom was one room which also included living area and kitchen.

Positive: Beds were comfortable, specially the 2 singles. Everything was clean. Shower was huge and clean. There's soap, conditioner and hair dryer. Kitchenette could do with a small electric cook top but there is an electric pan if you need. Also toaster and a coffee machine. There's also a washing machine and a dryer. I recommend staying here.

Negative: Queen bed was in the main living room, it could have a little divider.

Positive: The parrot decor. The beds were comfortable.

Negative: No extra trash bags There was one bag in the little kitchen bin and one in the bathroom bin, but no others to replace them so we had to buy some to meet the requirement to take trash and recycle out when we left. There were no paper towels or at least a proper towel at the kitchen sink for drying, so we had to get some. The knob at sink in bathroom leaked so floor became wet and slippery. The coffee machine had not been emptied before our arrival of used single serve pods and the water collected as part of the brewing process appeared to have been there a while - kind of yucky. The microwave was not clean and had chunks of food on and under the plate that turns. All in all, other, than the linens we used, the place was left cleaner than when we arrived. It would be nice if there was a comfortable chair or two to sit in especially if there are more than two guests. That couch is really uncomfortable. For safety's sake it might be a good idea to remove the door the microwave is behind. It sticks out when using the microwave and is a bumping hazard.

Negative: The communication with the real estate company managing the unit was a bit clunky, the check in emails had to be chased up.
