On the ground floor, which is about 100 sq.m, there is the main house and on the first floor, which is about 40 sq.m, the second guest house. In this villa you can find peace, tranquility and appreciate nature. It is situated about 8 km away from Parikia, the port of Paros and only 1.5 km away from the ferry to Antiparos. From every aspect of the house one can enjoy a majestic view of the Aegean Sea, the island of Antiparos, the channel with numerous yachts and the well known to surfers, wind and kite surfing spot of Pounta. Beautiful view and colorful sunsets are overwhelming. An air of elegance combines the contemporary aesthetics with the traditional Cycladic design in a unique and sophisticated way.
Entering the bigger property you find a spacious open plan area combining living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, giving a modern atmosphere. It consists of two five seat corner sofas, one of which opens up into double bed if needed.
With exterior independent steps you have access to the guest house of 40 sq.m. Entering this property, the first thing that one notices is the brightness as the light penetrates everywhere through the windows. In the open plan area, with the air conditioning, there is a small fully equipped kitchenette consisting of a small fridge, a small cooker, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a table with four chairs and a small sofa bed suitable for a child. The bedroom is attractively decorated giving the air of romance. The windows all round overlook the beautiful scenery and the Aegean Sea. The elegant bathroom next to the bedroom has a glass door shower.
All windows are double glazed, with wooden frames, internal shutters and screens.
The 60 sq.m terrace will complete the pleasure, while absorbing the stunning views of natural beauty lying on the sun beds under the umbrella provided.

Summary: We stayed at a perfect villa, with great view of the sea, the sunset and the flying kites! Only 5 minutes away from the kitesurfing centers, that are full of fun and action! Also, very close to the largest village of the island. We enjoyed very much the pool, the privacy of the place, and the owner's hospitality. Thank you Maria for your kindness and attentiveness!

Summary: Came to Greece with my entire family if variable ages. Elected to stay here because it was large enough for all of us and even more. Maria the hostess was exceptional. She communicated extensively and even met us there to go thru the house when we arrived. It was very clean and well stocked. There was a full kitchen, washing machine and so many bathrooms and bedrooms. Very comfortable living room as well. To have a pool is unique as is having air conditioning in every room. It was a 10 minute drive to Parikia, 25 minutes to Noussa, so you need a car (you would want one anyway to explore the island). However the privacy was fantastic. We didn’t want to be in the loud towns so this was perfect. It felt like we were island locals, not tourists. The view of the beach and water from the patio was quite beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Maria!

Summary: Great welcome by Maria with swift answers and flexible arrival. The house is perfectly situated near the Punta beach and Antiparos. What a pleasure to not have other houses in the proximity. The pool and outside area are nicely designed and the size is really enjoyable. Inside, there is all the confort you need, with A/C and convenient kitchen. Very recommended !

Summary: Everything was perfect!! The villa was beautiful and very homelike, spacious, tidy and with a spectacular sea view that takes your breath away!! I loved the decoration too. The hostess was very sweet and welcoming and everyone just felt the good vibes in the atmosphere. I highly recommend it for those who are interested in Paros. Will be definitely coming back as soon as possible!!!

Summary: Our stay was great! It is perfect for three couples! Nature is amazing, facilities of the house incredible and the choices of activities around it, super! Surfing was fun!!! Although it is peaceful and the sunset on the terrace breathtaking, it is so near the villages and Antiparos, that are full of life that made our stay easy and extremely enjoyable!!! Maria, the owner of the house, is a treasure! I recommend it without any doubt! Dont miss it!!!
