Positive: This place was fantastic. Spacious! Safe. On the water. Host was responsive. Great climate control. Beds & pillows comfortable. No smells. Pretty soundproof. This is not a party area. No airport or traffic noise. Blackout shutters. They had a water cooler, washer (and dryer!), Nespresso machine, and a dishwasher. We did not rent a car. We took a car arranged by the host (25 Euro) from the airport. The place is 0.3 miles walk to the ferry to Antiparos for groceries/restaurants and bus stop to other places on the island like Parikia. The times for the ferry & bus are posted there and both were always on time. You can buy tickets easily from the ferry or bus driver. The buses are basically tour buses and very safe.

Positive: Exceptional property. It exceeded my expectations in every respect. The photos dont do justice to this stunning villa. It's one of the best stays we ever had. If you want to rewind away from the crowd, this is the perfect spot. Amazing views, especially the sunset, which were picture perfect. Fully equipped villa with attention to detail visible around every corner. Vivian is such a great host, making sure we felt at home as soon as we reached the villa. I would love to come back again.
