Summary: The staff was very friendly. The location was excellent next to the blue ridge parkway. It was not as clean as I would have liked. No inside lock on the door.

Summary: I dont see how it had such a good rating. Not worth what we paid. No A/C, took a while for water to heat up, headboard not attached to bed, dirty grout in shower, very out dated, minimal towels and wash cloth, no coffee pot, no hair dryer. Someone trying to come in our room, not sure if they had a key?? The only positive would be close proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Summary: Staff was nice. Room was cleaned. However, room was dated and seemed musty. Hot water took quite awhile to come on. Heat didn't have traditional setting, so room got to hot, then cut it off during night and room got to cold.
