Summary: The Parkview Inn Motel was just what I needed for my 3-day stay in Canon City. It is not fancy at all, but fills all the basic needs. It was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It also is located nicely near the main attractions in Canon City. If you want fancy, this is not the place for you. But if you want a clean, affordable comfortable place to stay, this is it.

Summary: I'd almost like to keep this one a secret but props where props are due. This is one of the cleanest hotels, including the entire grounds, rooms, breakfast area we've ever stayed at. (And it's been many) This operation is as an efficient machine at delivering on expectations that a traveler could hope for. It's a 1/2 block walk to nearly unlimited food/shopping choices up Main and directly across the street from Royal Gorge Railroad and Arkansas River Park. Has self laundry on the property. Second stay here and wouldn't hesitate to pick Parkview among a sea of "branded" chain hotels. Really couldn't wait to get home and write this review. Great place, don't look further, book it now.

Summary: Customer service was really good , friendly.. room was for a quick night for rest, very quiet. Room was comfortable and excellent water pressure, would stay here again if traveling again

Summary: Owner? runs the business, nice lady! had a bit of confusion because we reserved online, but still had to pay when we arrived, we thought we paid when booking. We checked our reservation and we did just hold the room online and did still need to pay on arrival. No big deal, just check. Room was very clean, we actually like the motor lodges better than the big hotels, lots of them in this area. Its nice to pull up to your door.

Summary: This is a gem! I can't say enough good things. It is pristine everywhere. The exterior is immaculately kept as are the rooms and the breakfast area. I appears to be very recently updated and is quiet and cozy. We are a 75 year old couple and when we were there, many of the other guests were senior couples. At the end of our stay, the guests were younger, including two very young women next door to us. Things are quiet and the rooms are very comfortable. We didn't miss our Sleep Number bed a bit! The breakfast area is lovely with a nice selection of breads and pasteries, yogurt, dry cereals and oatmeal and frest fruit. There were lots of toppings as well as spreads and orange juice, ice water, milk and coffees with flavored creamers and syrups. We walked to dinner at a variety of restaurants on the main street every night and had delicious ice cream around the corner. We will definitely stay again.

Summary: This is the best “motel” we have ever stayed in. It is an older motel but it has been renovated. It was very clean and it was nice that we could park our vehicle in front of our door.
