Positive: This property is a stunning, recently renovated Victorian house full of charm! It is a perfect pick if you are traveling with a family: first floor with 4 bedrooms and ground floor with a spacious kitchen, dining room with bar, living room and separate TV room. For outside space, there is a screened in porch and the whole yard in the back of the house with a hot tub is a bonus. Throughout the stay the house never ceased to amaze with its historical details, hidden nooks and crannies and comfort it provided. For a house this size, it was very homey and welcoming. The value is great, however only if you are traveling as a family or a larger group and splitting the costs. In our case, splitting the costs 4 ways was a luxury at a bargain price. The location is great as it is within walking distance to some good restaurants (block away from a good Mexican restaurant), close to grocery stores and Main street with coffee shops for breakfast (though if you bring your own food you will find the kitchen has everything you could ever need!)

Negative: No issues to mention. The property exceeded our expectations.

Negative: garbage disposer fell off of the sink, one sprinkler head blew off. Back yard was not mowed and there was dog feces on one spot. upstairs sinks drain very slowly.
