Summary: Sinead and Sean were wonderful hosts, and staying with them was truly a pleasure. The room was lovely, and the breakfasts were amazing. Their son has food restrictions, so they are especially understanding and accomodating of others' needs in this regard. Both breakfasts were Celiac-safe gluten free, with extreme care taken to avoid cross-contamination! They were also very kind to offer us high vis vests for evening walks back from the village / castle, and to bring us to the bus stup the morning of our departure.
