Positive: Very comfortable property with lots of room inside the property, very well equipped kitchen, nice big bathroom and shower and lots of towels and very nice comfortable beds and clean sheets. Excellent kitchen and well equipped games room and nice backyard for entertaining and having barbecues and enjoying the Cootmundra peace and quiet. The house was very well decorated and had a lot of character and I had a great stay with my son!

Negative: Could have been a little bit cleaner behind the curtains and in the drawers. having said that, as soon as I asked the owner to come in and clean the floors, he did it ASAP, so great service all around.

Summary: I would highly recommend this property for a very comfortable and accommodating stay.
