Summary: Loved the location and property; was a little worn down but added to the charm. Had a lot of difficulty with check in, door code was send late, wasn’t allowed early check in or to store bags at property. Just not very accommodating but love the property itself!

Summary: The location was awesome, and the entire group really enjoyed the house! We had 12 adults (sharing beds) and overall, I think we had enough space and the format worked out well. The beds were not very comfortable, but they were okay. Everything else about the house was great!

Summary: The selling point for this house is the location. It is across the street from the tennis courts at Forsyth Park. The streets right near it have free street parking (go 2 blocks towards historic district and you need to pay). The one downside is that there was a 1/2 marathon at the park on Saturday and they were setting up at 3 am. My bedroom was on the second floor in the front so I heard everything. The other rooms didn't hear the noise. While I will definitely consider staying here on my next trip to Savannah, I will bring earplugs to be safe. The kitchen was stocked with all of the amenities we needed. The three bathrooms were clean. The only surprise was that to get from the front 2nd floor bedroom to the rest of the floor you have to go through the bedroom with two beds. We were not expecting that. We rented the entire house (2 apartments) and hung out upstairs as the common area felt larger and the kitchen was right there. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Savannah. We loved sitting on the front porch and watching the activity at Forsyth Park. They even provided seat cushions for the metal chairs on the porch. We all commented on how clean and comfortable it was, expecially the beds.

Summary: We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. This house looked absolutely lovely in the picture; when we did a drive by the day before, I was worried. The outside is not represented well in he photo. I was under the impression that the house was purple. Not that the color was important, but it was that it was faded so much it looked gray. Plus, it just looked run down. After paying such a hefty fee for 3 nights and 2 days, I once we checked in, I was pleasantly surprised with the interior of the house.

Summary: Stayed three nights with college friends for a reunion weekend. The house is split into two apartments. Ample sleeping space and quite comfortable. We could have used some extra blankets as there were none. The front door was precariously loose which made us a bit nervous. It is an old house, very charming, great location.
