Summary: Remodelled hotel which needs better lighting in the room. Vijith, the evening concierge was very kind and helpful.

Summary: A older hotel that appears to be getting a few upgrades, but they don't work, like the USB plugs in the headboards. The ac works though its more like a wet cool, things feel damp, shower cutrain torn and stained, eeds replacing and TV remote could use a instruction sheet.

Summary: Restaurant only open until 2 but check in is 3, no mention of that when booking. Tv in room got only 9 or 10 channels, everything else blacked out because not subscribed to, no local channels, wasn’t a huge deal, but annoying. Walls are thin. Worst Radisson I have stayed in.

Summary: The room was not cleaned well upon check in. Boot prints were all over the floor as well as some substance stuck on the bathroom vanity. The room wasn’t cleaned, garbage cans emptied and the towels weren’t exchanged. I asked the front desk for fresh towels as I had already used the original towels twice post workout. The room was cleaned after my second night but what I didn’t notice immediately was the shower curtain was removed from the room. I couldn’t get a shower the next day and I had to get going that morning quickly. I’m not sure if the reason for less service is because I booked with Hotels.com. You save money on the room but the cut back on service to make up for their discount.

Summary: Staff were friendly and most helpful. There were many positives about the hotel. However the hotel appeared a bit in need of various upgrades or repairs. I found the hall rugs in need of a good cleaning. Nevertheless again the accommodations were most suitable to our needs.

Summary: Hotel is starting to see some renovations. Still a long ways to go, but the staff was friendly and helpful and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Summary: Worn mattresses, pillows a pile of batt in a bag, too worn to even be called a pillow and NO ceiling lights in the entryway or bedroom and no lamp on the desk by the tv. Only lamp on night table. Had to go to vehicle and get 4 additional battery operated lights to read after kids went to sleep!
