THE SPACE
This house is perfect for anyone visiting Rochester for business purposes or guests with family members receiving treatment at Mayo Clinic. Guests must climb four steps to get into the house. Guests will have the entire house to themselves.
Once inside the kitchen, dining room, living room, and front porch are on the main level. Two bedrooms and the full bathroom are located upstairs. The laundry and half bath are located downstairs.

CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS
The entrance to the home has a keypad. We will provide the code (4 digits) for keypad on the day of your arrival. The keypad is located on the door on the side of the house by the driveway. Type in the code and turn the deadbolt.
For guests arriving late, the keypad is lighted, and the flood light will turn on as you approach the door.
To lock as you come and go, press the logo on the keypad and turn the deadbolt to the lock position.
Once inside there is a welcome letter with the WIFI password and other instructions and other important information like when to take out the garbage bins.
PARKING
ONLY park in the driveway or garage (opener on counter). Do NOT block the alley. Street parking is permit only during the week.
GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
The bins are located next to the garage.
Service is on Friday.
Bring the bins to the curb on Thursday night.
Note: The house across the alley is also a short-term rental that we own.
The bins are shared between the two houses.
THE YARD
If you see activity in the yard, it’s us doing maintenance.

Summary: The house and area are great. I want to preface this by saying that I could have thought about this before reserving. This is no-way anything on the place itself. We went to Mayo to have a surgery, and property has several sets of stairs that proved to be challenging for the days after surgery. Again, this was an oversight on my side. Neighborhood is quiet and clean. Everything else was perfect.

Summary: We were so glad to be in the VRBO after a longDrive. The beds are so comfortable and has black out curtains. This property is so clean and tidy. Will stay here again when we come back to Mayo this fall.

Summary: This was a perfect place to stay for a week. My daughter and I were able to walk to the Mayo Civic Center and to downtown area with a 10-15 minute walk. The driveway is easy to drive into and park. The kitchen had items that made it easy to cook and prepare meals. A couple notes this house does not have a dishwasher so you will wash your own dishes. The garage is a little tricky to maneuver with a larger vehicle. it was a perfect place to stay for a trip to Rochester!

Summary: Stayed here for our time at Mayo Clinic. We appreciated the garage especially since there was a small snow storm. House was very neat, tidy , cosy & they offered coffee & water & while we did not utilize they also offer beer & wine for a nominal fee. We appreciated all the comforts of home away from home & bed was very comfortable as well. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: Have had to come up to Mayo twice for appointments and stayed here both times. Place makes you feel at home very comfortable and cozy. Large kitchen plenty of space. Bed is amazing and cozy. Host was easy to communicate with and very nice.

Summary: We loved our stay. It was quiet and comfortable and had everything we could have needed. Beds were great, kitchen was great. My husband loved the recliner to relax in between trips to the Mayo this week. Convenient, clean, and spacious. We appreciated a slightly later check out to accommodate the last appointment.
