Summary: Property was clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant was very good. Very convenient location to the airport.

Summary: The staff were very helpful but the hotel is not handicapped accessible. The rooms do not have a handicapped shower or toilet. There is no elevator and only a small block of rooms on the ground floor. There is one handicapped parking space and a ramp into the hotel but the rooms are not easily accessible. It was okay for one night.

Summary: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Not only does it smell bad throughout the entire building, but it is also really dirty. The only thing to recommend it is a location close to the airport, which is convenient for an early morning flight. The room was not properly equipped with enough towels—there was only one for two guests. When I asked for another towel, the receptionist was rude. At check in, the receptionist provided no information about parking, breakfast or meals. She’s not even direct me on how to find my room. It was unlike any experience I have had as a traveler in Chile or any other country.
