Positive: Great location for what we had planned. Spacious for 8 of us. Kitchen well supplied with everything needed for cooking meals. Very modern space in an historic district. Had a bag of locally roasted coffee awaiting us that was fabulous. And a French press to top it off!

Negative: Need a couple of more easy chairs for living area to accommodate 8 people.

Positive: It was very clean and spacious. Perfect for multiple kids to have their own space. Kitchen. With dishwasher. Washer and dryer provided. Parking is avaliable at the school.

Negative: The stairs but it was my fault for thinking it was a good idea to use one big suitcase for all of us so I had less to deal with. Would of been more manageable if each child had their own back pack. Beds are more of a memory foam. If your not used to it...it will not be very comfortable.
