Positive: Location was fine. Unit had everything I needed. Quiet, no frills and a driveway. There was a coffee maker, fridge, solid shower, towels in the bathroom, a little noisemaker machine next to the bed, smart tv, good lighting and wall heaters.

Negative: The place was just a bit small. It is right next to a local highway so you can hear cars going by maybe 50 feet away but it's not very busy and didn't bother me.

Summary: Nice and quiet, no frills, a bit small but perfect for me

Positive: Nice little studio for one or two. Had everything we needed for one night. Nicely stocked mini kitchen with pots, utensils, plates, glasses, coffee maker, etc., so you can make your own meals. Large refrigerator. Good hot water for showering. Nice bed, comfortable. Host was very communicative, responsive.

Negative: 2 extra pillows would have been nice.

Positive: Everything! Bed was comfortable, TV worked and the whole unit was clean. While we never used the kitchen and/or appliances, kitchen was well stocked. We hope to stay here again for our spring trip next year.
