Positive: Lovely clean hotel, amazing location, so close to Republic Square and many restaurants and coffee shops. Excellent front desk staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. Stayed in the suite which was large and spacious, nice and cosy in the cold, very comfortable bed and pillows, excellent hairdryer (not the small horrible ones you usually find in hotels, this was a very good Revlon hairdryer), more than enough bathroom amenities, coffee machine and good blackout blinds for the windows. Coffee in breakfast is good.

Negative: Rooms are not soundproof so very noisy, you can hear all the cars and people in the rooms next door. Breakfast was ok but not amazing, “hot” food was limited and served lukewarm or was cold. Crepes were nice every other day but they were ice cold (should be served hot). The only meat in the breakfast buffet was pork which we don’t eat. Would be nice to have the option to order your eggs (like omelet, eggs benedict, friend eggs etc)

Summary: Lovely hotel, will stay again if we come to Armenia!
