Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The kids enjoyed the pool and the alligators. The room was cozy. We intend to go back to enjoy the arcade and the movies.

Summary: Hot as heck when we entered the room. Took hours to cool. Bathroom didn’t look too clean

Summary: We were there from Sunday - Tuesday and found out Monday evening when we returned to our room that we have to stay 3 nights in order to get our room cleaned. Made 3 requests for clean towels but never received any. Also at booking, requested room on lower floor and did not get it.

Summary: The stay was pleasant. I like the idea of connecting rooms for the future but this stay was for peace. The room connected had kids that were very loud at late hours, they played in between the doors, they couldn’t open my side but it was the idea of them trying. My room was clean except for the toilet. The toilet was used and wasn’t cleaned afterwards, maybe it was the housekeeper. I didn’t have soap. I always travel with my own cleaning products as well as my toiletries. Other than those small things I enjoy the stay. I’ll definitely stay again.

Summary: The jet tub in the room was black filthy there was no soap shampoo or conditioner in the room had to go to front desk and ask for it. We were there 4 nights they never came to clean the room. The upkeep is not being done on this casino or hotel
