Summary: The facility was very clean, modern and comfortable. All of the staff was so nice to us each interaction we had from checking in to each time we walked through the doors. We stayed a total of 5 days due to my dad being in the hospital. It was never an issues to ask for extra towels or bottles of water.

Summary: Pros: Room was large and cold. All employees we encountered were very friendly and nice. Felt safe and was convenient to things that we were doing. CONS: we booked this hotel specifically because there was onsite bar and food, but they were closed the second day so we had to order out drinks and food. First morning, we’re told it would be 45-1 hour wait on breakfast. There was hair on the shower floor and it looked moldy at the bottom. Called down for extra pillows and blankets and told that there weren’t any so we had to sleep 1 adult and 3 kids in a king bed -not comfortable.

Kwaiary was hands down the main reason our stay was successful. Overall Impression: - Despite initial setbacks with the AC and housekeeping, the staff's (Kwaiary) helpfulness and the resolution of issues make me inclined to give this hotel another chance in the future.
