Summary: Reception was not very friendly indeed; rare in Spain. First we ordered a room with balcony; they gave us a different one without execuse etc but said “we only have this” (take it or leave it style! In the room we found a very dirty pillow on the bed which was a big shock (as if somebody vomitted on and it was not changed)!
