Summary: Let me start by saying that our team was very excited to stay at this property! The pictures looked amazing and it seemed like a very upscale place to stay, which is what we were looking for - especially for paying 1400/night. The communication with the property manager before hand was less than ideal, but manageable. We were really hoping to get an earlier check in and were willing to pay, but didn’t receive official communication about check in until the check in time. But all of that would’ve been easier to deal with if the rest of the trip had gone as planned. At first arrival, we noticed the house was remodeled in more of a “DIY” way. I have a construction background and I’m also a property manager for a VRBO listing, so I know the quality needs to be there in order to charge such a high nightly rate. Finishes were done poorly, floor boards were uneven, the hot water didn’t work in the showers, and the overall home was in pretty poor condition. Especially for such a high price. But again, all of that would’ve been overlooked if it hadn’t been for the BUGS. As it got closer to bedtime, we quickly realized there were bugs in the bedrooms and even in the beds. We did some research and came to find out they were termites, and they were everywhere. We tried to stay out of the house and the bedrooms as much as possible, as we were all pretty grossed out by the whole situation. I would highly recommend taking this property off of VRBO until the problems are fixed.

Summary: Overall we were pleased with our stay. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was very nice. The communication with the host was slow, but all of our needs were met and there were no unresolved issues. I would stay at this property again.

Summary: This home was everything. We are a group of retired Army Veterans. We started this annual trip to Miami back in 2017, haven't missed a year since. We have stayed in a lot of nice vacation homes during these trip. This one by far has been the topper. The place has everything. If we didn't have prior literary. We wouldn't have left the home. This home is equipped with all the entertainment you need to just stay there and not go out😁. I would recommend this home to anyone. Kids or no kids. The management was great with communication. hing you need. We didn't have a prior itinerary
